EG3 is one updated version based on EG1 series. EG3 is elegant image with new appearance. Customers can have side and front hose choice. The improved LCD display bring a easy vision for fueling at night. Optional printer can provide the customers one bill record for sales. 

Electronic Head
 

• Eaglestar's new generation STAR main board uses the latest ARM CPU processor to achieve more command feature, easy configuration and high safety control.
• More functions can be expanded on STAR main board such as printing, POS, Smart Card, Priority Card etc.
• The high quality industrial electronic components ensure the excellent performance on power surge, electrostatic shock, and electromagnetic interference.

 
Hydraulic System
 

• Flow meter :

Flow meter is paramount on fuel dispenser unit.  Eaglestar flow meter is engineered to retain its precision over complete lifetime. The unique internal structure and high quality components keep very less drift in the lifetime of the meter.
 

• Independent filter :

the external independent filter keep clean fuel into flow meter to extend the long life time of the meter itself and keep the high accuracy for the dispenser. the total hydraulic can ensure the dispenser to cope with different fuel products and additives.
 

• Pumping unit :

There are two types of pumping unit, vane and gear, which can be chosen on EG3 series.  Comparison with vane pump, Gear type pumping unit has more virtual features. Strong suction power, high flow duty 50/90 liter per minute, two filters, all these can bring it a better performance in the harshest conditions with a variety of fuel types.
 
Electrical system

• UL listed motor offer the best performance. Overload protection is robust in various conditions. High quality capacitors allow the motor to start in lower voltage power supply. The stations have less maintenance for the motor.
• Power board cope with wide range power fluctuation.
• The enhanced electrical system protect the PCB boards from lighting.
