1: Making unformity granule is the most

(1): The hollow triangle reinforcing steel
bar which is on the seven corner roller is made in the
heterogeneous stainless steel factory. The seven corner roller
swings back and front while making grain .The hollow triangle
tendon is lighter than solid tendon, which can reduce the
resistance of inertia .At the same time the hollow triangle
reinforcing steel bar has elastic feature.
(2): Our factory adopts optics orientation
model to make sure the concentricity angle of the seven-corner
roller and the both ends of the rotate axis will be the same,
then it can produce the uniformity granule.
2: Having strong power is the second feature
of the machine:
(1) The design of worm wheel and worm
retarding mechanism are very reasonable, both are connected with
the motor. The worm wheels hob modulus is Ms=6, and the worm
wheels gear ratio is *9.5. The output power of the electric motor
is very high and also durable.
(2) Most of the user need not change the
worm wheel until they have been used for ten years.
