Kachi has various options of finishes fit your final needs. Such as Anodizing, Paint, Etching and Printing. There are many ways to provide custom printing and etching text and logo on your parts. 
 
In-House Inspection
Kachi combines both of qualified manual measuring and comprehensive measuring instrument as our core of quality control. We have our own independent labs to fulfill your specific perormance, test requirements, and specifications in parts material, finish, hardness, heat treatment and coatings.
 
Third-Party Inspection

The third-party inspection reports can be issued if required in terms of materials, heat treatment and final products. We have been partnering with authoritative inspection agencies which could be our first choice. The inspection agency can be appointed by you as well.
 
Step 1 
Drawings Evaluation
Our engineers evaluate the feasibility of the customer's supplied drawings with a really fast reaction. It may take **2 days.
Step 2
Technologies Confirmation
Before producing the prototype, engineers may propose any budget optimization ad explain any issues with the drawings that may have an unfluence on the quality of the products.
Step 3
Improvement
Several complex and high-precision parts will be selected to be produced. We adjust prototype according to your feedback until you approve the final prototype.

Prouction
Our PCMs are committed to secientifically control the incoming materials, machining technologies, machining timetables and quality inspection to make sure you can stay ahead of schedule.
