Coco peat is a totally organic growing medium that maintains the soil fertile in a natural way, with an advantage og larger oxygen capacity in it. Coir Pith enhances the nutrient carrying capacity of plants.

Coir pith revitalizes your plant, It includes uniformity in growth by enhancing water retention and by microbial activity. The anti-fungal properties of cocopeat protect your plants from root diseases.

Process:

1.Collecting raw material 

We get the peat from our own factories. We store them in larger storage yards, completely free from seeds, weeds and other foreign particles. These yards are situated very close to the factory. The stored pith is shifted to washing unit for further process.

2.Washing 

The Raw Material is washed with fresh water to reduce the EC level. The washed material is carried to drying yard.

3.Drying

To reduce the moisture, the washed material dried in the open sky cemented yard as well as specially designed coco peat indirect Hot Air drier. The Drying Process is undertaken in the vast and expensive cemented yard free of foreign particles. At this level the test for moisture of the materials is done. Once the moisture level of the material is reached, it gets ready for screening.

4.Sieving

The revolving screeners are used to remove the fiber content and baby fiber if any presented in the dried material. Then the material will be ready for Destoning.

5.Destoning

Destoning is done by specially designed winnowers to separate the sand content if any from the dried material.

6.Compacting

The peat is compressed for bailing. This is accomplished by 5 kg block making machine and 650 gram briquette making machine. The product is frequently checked for buyer packing expectation.

7.Packing

The final product is packed as per customers specifications as laid down in the order. While loading pallets, all precautionary measures are taken in consideration of container's tough and long journey in the seawater.
