Product introduction:
LAB2000 DNA Marker is a DNA solution containing 1×loading Buffer, which can be directly electrophoreted with 5μl. It is very convenient to use. It consists of DNA fragments 2000bp, 1000bp, 750bp, 500bp, 250bp and 100bp, and each band contains about 50ng DNA.
Concentration: 300ng/5μl
Caution:
1. When the width of the sample hole is less than 6mm, clear bands can be obtained by taking 5μl of the product each time. If the adding hole widens, the adding amount of Marker products must be appropriately increased.
2. For DNA electrophoresis, the purity of Agarose has a significant impact on the clarity of DNA bands. Therefore, good quality Agarose should be selected as far as possible during electrophoresis.
3. During Agarose electrophoresis, the concentration of Agarose is closely related to the separation performance of DNA fragments. The higher the Agarose concentration, the better the separation performance for short DNA fragments. Conversely, the smaller Agarose concentration is, the more favorable it is for the separation of long DNA fragments.
4. The voltage of electrophoresis should not be too high, and should be controlled at about 5V/CM. Electrophoretic buffers should be prepared as fresh as possible, especially when making standard images.
