Gauze swabs (sponge) folding machines,for automatic folding french folds(edge unfolded) style gauze swabs of 5cmx5cm,7.5cmx7.5cm and 10cmx10cm in 8,12,16 ply. Other sizes gauze sponges of 5cmx7.5cm,7.5cmx10cm and 10cmx12.5 cm in 8,12,16 ply are also available. Special sizes can be built as per need.

This machine's main function is to make the cotton into cotton bud.composed of five sections: stick feeding section; cotton feeding section; cotton loosening section; cotton conveying section; cotton twisting section.
1. Stick feeding section: is used for sending stick into to the machine one by one steadily reliably.
2. Cotton feeding section: used for sending raw material (absorbent cotton) into the machine with certain quantity and speed which controlled by speed control device.
3. Cotton loosening section: used for loosening cotton into fiber by high spun device to insure the finished product is in high quality.
4. Cotton conveying section: is used for conveying the loosened cotton to the point of the stick to insure that the cotton fiber can be stuck to the stick point smoothly and steadily.
5. Cotton twisting section: is used for twisting cotton fiber into certain shape on the top of the stick.

The seller should give the training of customer for 2 working days for free,but the transportation and other cost of room and board should take care by buyer if no special notice.
The seller should give the online maintainence guidance and some vedio of debuging or maintainence for buyer's reference.
The length of warranty:one year for machine and three month for wearing parts.

8. If the quality, quantity, or weight of goods does not meet the contract terms upon arrival, the Buyer can file a claim with a survey report from an agreed inspection organization, except when the insurance or shipping company is responsible. Quality claims must be made within 60 days, and quantity/weight claims within 30 days after arrival.
9.Force Majeure: The Seller shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in delivery of the entire or portion of the goods under this contract in consequence of any Force Majeure incidents.
10. Any disputes related to this contract will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be submitted to the Foreign Trade Arbitration Commission in Beijing for arbitration under its rules. The Commission's decision will be final and binding, with the losing party bearing the arbitration costs unless decided otherwise by the arbitration organization.
