The wire is now sized and cut by the tools inside of the machine. Then the wire shaft is bent and the finished clip leaves the machine. By changing the tools different sizes can be manufactured. The well designed machine is clearly arranged and can be attended by everybody. The steady working of the machine guarantees its continuous running. Thus the daily output is high although the speed per minute is relatively low. Using supplementary equipment, pointed clips up to *2 mm of length and round ones up to *5 mm can be produced wire from 1, 2 to 1, *5 mm. Output per minute: *0 clips After the clips have left the machine, they are rolled in a barrel filled with sawdust or leather dust until they are quite shiny.
