Features:

1)Bottle neck is moulded by means of thermo-runner system  and  high  pressure injection which makes  the  accuracy  of  bottle mouth,bottle neck and screw thread, as well  as sealing ability.No joint seam,no leftover pits on finished products making reduction of raw material.

2)High efficiency of continuous production with the horizontal three-position swivel device and the constr-uction of one mould  but multiple cavities. Automatic manufacture, have no secondary pollution accord with requirement of sanittation.

3)Using fame brand and high quality hydraulic pneumatic and electrical elements, the  system  is of good preformance and high reliability with computer control.

4)Using  double propertional  hydraulic system, which makes the adjustment of hydraulic system handy and keeps system stable in performanc.
