 Within the organization of Poliser PU; polyurethane systems in different density and hardness values used in PU Sole production are manufactured. These systems developed according to areas of use and customer expectations can be applied with injection and casting machines. Polyurethane has become a highly preferred material in the recent years for slipper and sole applications due to the important advantages that it has compared to alternative sole products (rubber, eva, vc, etc.). System service is realized as two or three different components (isocyanate, polyol, catalyzer) and coloring can be performed for special applications.
