Product Description

The main process stages of potato washing line:
1.Soaking and hoisting, to soak the potatoes for easy washing and hoist them to next process.
2.Air bubble washing, the air bubble cleaning and high pressure water spray system to remove soil and impurities on the potato surface.
3.Brush washing,cleaning the potatoes with both soft nylon brush rollers and spray water to deep clean them,
4.Air drying, dry the washed potatoes with multi fans on the air dryer machine to remove the water on the surface of potatoes.
5.Manual inspection, workers inspect potatoes to eliminate damaged, green, or other adverse conditions manually.
5.Grading potatoes based on sizes, normally from 2 to 6 grades, potatoes are classified according to their sizes through a roller grading system to ensure product consistency.
6. The conveying system is used to transport the cleaned potatoes to the next processing stage.
7.Packaging, the graded potatoes are packaged with same grades, and different packaging methods are optional such as bags and boxes,etc.
