Our PVC Edge Banding is a durable, decorative trim used to protect and enhance the edges of furniture, cabinets, and interior panels. Made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin with additives (plasticizers, stabilizers, pigments), it resists moisture, abrasion, and chemicals while offering aesthetic versatility.  
Available in single-layer (cost-effective for low-wear applications) or multi-layer designs (with foam cores for flexibility and impact resistance), it features surfaces in matte, gloss, woodgrain, stone, or metallic finishes. Key propertiesinclude:  
-Durability: Scratch-resistant surface (up to H-grade pencil hardness), UV resistance (select models), and thermal stability (**0°C to *0°C; high-temp variants up to **0°C).  
- Flexibility: Conforms to curved edges (e.g., tabletops, arches).  
- Eco-Compliance: Meets RoHS, REACH, and CARB Phase II standards; formaldehyde-free (E0) with low VOC emissions.
