Quick Color Change Plastic Cabin

Product Description

      Cabin is designed according to make powder coating application with robot and it is fixed type. It is produced from double layer PVC and cabin chassis is supported with profiles. Cabin wools welded together with special method of plastic welding. There is a passage opening top of the cabin. Powder application channels are opened for two sides of the cabin for perfect coating application reciprocal with robots.
      Cyclone group is separated and working out of the cabin. While coating, extra powder fallen down is sucked by the damper opening. Sucked powder goes to cyclone and powder separated from air. Extra powder recycled to the system again.
      Usable powder collected under the cyclone group. Later, with special kind of transfer system, powder transferred to powder center. There is no powder accumulation under the cyclone group and this is very important fact for quick color change option. Unproductive powder is sucked by filter group with low pressure. Also with explode valve, unproductive powder is collected in the tank under the filter group.
      Necessary powder for guns is supplied by powder center. There are injectors as much as the number of guns. These injectors transfer the powder to the guns from this tank. Periodically, fresh powder is added to this tank. Besides, recycled powder under the cyclone group transferred to this tank by pinch valves. Most important feature of this cabin is being antistatic and quick color change type. In ten minutes period of time, gun cleanings, hose cleanings, cyclone group cleanings, and powder center cleanings are finished and second color coating option is supplied to the operator.
