Product Description

The arc track rotary pitch telescopic ship loader is suitable for bulk barge loading operations at the front of the wharf. It is a continuous loading equipment connected with the rear conveyor system. The whole machine consists of a telescopic chute system, a boom system, a gantry pull rod, a boom telescopic mechanism, a boom pitch mechanism, a belt conveyor system, a walking system, a rear slewing support system, a windproof anchor, a driver's cab, an electrical system, a dustproof device and other parts.

During the loading operation, the rear feeding belt conveyor is aligned with the receiving point at the rotation center of the rear slewing support of the ship loader to feed the material. The material is transported to the head through the belt conveyor on the ship loader and falls through the telescopic chute to load the ship. During the loading process, the single or combined actions of the trolley walking, boom telescopic and other mechanisms can complete the coverage of different types of ships in all directions of cabin length and cabin width to achieve the purpose of loading. In addition, the actions of the telescopic chute mechanism and the pitch of the boom can adapt to the changes in different water levels and the height of the materials on the ship being loaded.
