AUTO RAILING PRODUCTION

Introduction

Today, auto railings are passive protective structures used for providing especially the roadside pedestrian and vehicle security. Auto railings can be manufactured in various shapes and sizes by using steel, wood, concrete and similar materials. Auto railings are designed in line with the principle of keeping the car, which crashes by stretching or without stretching, within the road safely, depending on their type and class in case of an incident, as well as minimizing the life and property loss.

Auto railing and Auto barrier

Our firm carefully manufactures all sorts of auto rails at our factory in Ostim / Ankara in accordance with specifications of the Directorate General of Highways. These materials are used as the security lane on all highways and state ways belonging to the Directorate General of Highways inside and outside the country, on inner-city roads belonging to municipalities and for private sector services in order to decrease the number of traffic accidents which might occur in certain parts of highways that are considered critical. Our firm, holder of ISO ***1 and TSE certificates, manufactures all sorts of standard auto railings and heavy-duty-type auto railings. The manufactured materials are covered against corrosion through the hot dip galvanization method and mounted on-site by our expert teams. 

Auto railing with Steel Rope 

The auto railings with steel rope, which are used indispensably in order to provide road safety particularly in bridges and underpasses, normally consist of steel ropes which are manacled in the form of 3 bands that are stretched along steel newels and placed with intervals of 2 m.
