Sea-Bird Coastal Hti is a high precision temperature and pressure (optional) sensor that is ideal for long-term, biomass enrichment environments far from shore. Rigorous factory calibration and field-tested sensors in harsh environments ensure long-term data stability. In different operating environments, Sea-Bird Coastal Hti can ensure high-quality data from a few months to a year.

Compared to the previous generation SBE39, Seabird Coastal Hti (SBE39+) can perform field measurements with faster sampling rates and more memory in the same size housing. The sampling frequency can be adjusted in the range of 0.5 seconds to 6 hours according to the frequency set by the user. Built-in or external options for the temperature sensor allow the user to select the option most suitable for the operating environment according to the requirements of the use.

Seabird Coastal Hti can be mounted on different carriers such as towed bodies and ROV, and operate in a variety of ways such as real-time sampling, self-containing and series synchronization.
