Signal Hound has the sensitivity, accuracy and dynamic range youd

The SA*4B has a preamplifier for improved sensitivity and reduced
LO leakage. There is also a thermometer for temperature
corrections, allowing accurate amplitude measurements over the
entire operating temperature range.
