The carbon content of steel gives OMOTO chains maximum hardness and manganese content impart added strength and durability. Pins: Manufactured from CrMo steel for high corrosion and wear resistance to exceed functional requirements. This is achieved by presence of Chrome and Molybdenum in such steel grade. Pins are heat treated for in-depth hardenability and fine grounded in order to give better finish and ensure minimal friction with roller.
