Our tire recycling machine is mainly used to extract fuel oil, and it can not only use tire but can also use rubber and plastic as raw materials. You can put anything into the furnace as long as the content of the raw materials are rubber.

You can get different outputs when the raw materials are different.

(1)If your raw material isplastic only, you can get only fuel oil;

(2)If it isrubber, you can get fuel oil, crude carbon black;

(3)In case you take tire as raw materials you can get the following outputs:

① Fuel oil: Oil from this machine can be used as industrial fuel for burning.

②Carbon black: Carbon black from this machine is crude. You can sell it to thebrick factory as internal combustion or to the factory which need it as raw materials, such as shoe, tire, cable and sealant companies.

③ Steel wire: It can be sold to the iron and steel company directly.

The extracting rates are as follow:

Oil: *0 - *5%

Steel: *5 - *0%

Crude carbon black: *0 - *5%

Remark:The extracting rates here are based on tires, if the rubber or plastic content of your raw materials is higher, the oil extracting rate will be much higher relatively.

2. The equipment mainly runs on wood, coal and gas of fuel oil (It is generated in the process of the equipment, which means you dont need to pay extra money for it.) And the auxiliary equipments, for example water pump, run on electricity.

3. Main parts of the equipment : pyrolysis furnace, furnace hull, motor, atmolysis tower, condensers, oil water separator, gas holder, flue system, water pump, oil pump, air blower, induced draft fan.
