Product Description According to the customers’ design requirement , Orcas vacuum formed ceramic Fiber shaped pieces adopt high quality ceramic fiber cotton as raw material. It is made by vacuum formed technology. Between the used temperature range, all of them own lower shrinkage on heating, keep the property of low thermal conductivity, light weight and high impact strength. They are easy to be incised and machined.
During the use of the Ceramic Fiber Special Size, it’s good at anti-wear and anti-exfoliation, meanwhile, most molten metal can’t erode them. As far as the different sizes concerned, Orcas can provide pipe, cone with dome, square, etc. In most cases, we follow the customers requirements.
