The vertical preheater is one host device of the active lime
production line ,and its main function is to send lime stone from
the upper hopper to the body of the preheater ,while using high
temperature exhaust gas (**0℃****0℃) discharged from the
calcinations kiln to make heat exchange, and then preheat the
materials evenly into above **0℃ in the preheater. after preheating
,there is *0% CaCO3 will be broken down and then puushed into
rotary kiln for burning by the hydraulic push rod.so such a
calcinations process not only shorten the time of lime stone
burning in the kiln ,but also can get a high activity degree of
lime.our company adopts LDO vertical preheater, and compared with
ordinaty preheater, it reduces the loss of flue gas resistance and
the power of smoke ventilator greatly, it saves the energy
consumption .besides , it features few running equipments easy
operation, little maintenance,simple masonry and reliable
performance.
