Product Description Water cooled capacitors for electric heating installations Electric heating capacitors are mainly used in controllable or adjustable AC voltage systems with rated voltage not greater than 4.8kV and frequency below 100kHz, and are specially used to improve the power factor of induction heating, melting, stirring or casting devices, and similar applications. The product performance meets the requirements of GB/T3984-2004 and IEC60110-1998 (power container for induction heating device). Features: The electric heating capacitor uses roughened polypropylene film and high-performance liquid (without PCB) as composite medium, high-purity aluminum foil as polar plate, porcelain-coated copper screw and cooling water pipe as lead-out terminal, aluminum alloy plate as shell, with water cooling inside Tube. The shape is mostly rectangular box structure. Applications: Mainly used in induction heating, melting, stirring, and similar equipment to improve power factor. Conditions of Use: The altitude does not exceed 1000m, indoor installation, special overpressure protection device can be equipped according to user requirements. The installation site has no severe mechanical vibration, no harmful gas and steam, and no conductive dust. The inlet cooling water temperature should not exceed 30 degrees Celsius, the water flow should not be lower than 4L/min for capacitors below 1000kvar, and not lower than 6L/min for capacitors with 1000kvar and above. Long-term overvoltage (not more than 4 hours in 24 hours) should not be more than 1.1Un, long-term current (including harmonic current) does not exceed 1.15In.
