Product Description

1. Power System

* Power system adopts the imported cumins engine (cumins QSM*1), featuring direct injection, four stroke, water-cooling, turbo, air-air intercooler, six cylinders engine, which can achieve high reliability, high adaptability and strong power, low energy consumption and environment protection. It can meet the euro III emission standards, and is a dedicatedly designed product for engineering machinery operation conditions;

* The engine installation system adopts a planar four-point support elastic connection, which can effectively overcome the resonance between the power system and the frame and reduce the noise inside the cab;

* Air intake system adopts the model of three-stage filtration, even in the heavy dusty environment, it can ensure the air intake quality;

2. Hydraulic system

The hydraulic system adopts the hydraulic components imported from Japan and the mature and reliable negative flow control system. Through the double pump confluence, it increase the flow distribution to various action cylinders provided by multi-way valves, so that the machine can maintain strong digging force and excellent operating efficiency;

3. Electronic control system

CAN bus communication is adopted to realize the corresponding control function which can effectively adapt to the operating environment, working conditions and loads, and can identify, think, judge, make decisions and execute.

4. Shock absorber

Adopt imported silicone oil shock absorber with four-point support, it can effectively reduct the vibration and noise of the cab, reduce the sense of fatigue during operation maximally, and thus provide sufficient support for the operator to work for a long time;
