QUALITY/ WEIGHTDETERMINATION:The quality of theZinc Ore sold and purchased in
compliance with the terms of the contract shall be of quality and weight as determine by the independent inspectorate ALS and thecost of weight /quality    determination in TURKEY shall beborn by the seller, buyers agent or representative can be present for Inspection at theport of loading, certification of quality and weight by ALS shall be binding on bothparties hereto.

CONTRACT PERIOD:*2 months revolving.

PAYMENT  :Buyers bank shall within 5 bankingdays after signing of the contract issue **0 % irrevocable, operative, nonrefundable and confirmed letter of credit at sight from first class bank infavour of the  seller, all bank chargesrelated to  the issuance of the letter ofcredit are on the buyers account.
