Overview ：ZSA deals a variety of waste lube oil, getting high quality base oil and a small amount of gasoline and diesel oil through vacuum distillation. After pretreatment, get waste oil pumped into the distillation kettle and heat it to its working temperature, then we can get base oil, gasoline and diesel. When the reaction is complete, stop heating. Remove the residue from the bottom of the tank and the machine can be used again. The production is economical, however, the base oil comes out with high quality .It is the most advanced technology in the world in the waste oil recycling field, and it is suitable for large-scale industrial production.

Systems of equipment
1 Pretreatment system：Waste oil will be pumped into the distillation kettle after pretreatment
2 Distillation system: heat the oil to its working temperature. (The kettle equipped with stirring system and thermal insulation system as well.)
3 Cooling system: the gaseous hydrocarbon will be cooled into liquid base oil, Gasoline and diesel.
4 Storage system:before getting pumped into the storage tank, the liquid baseoil, gasoline and diesel oil will stay in here.
5 Vacuum system: to meet the technology requirement.
6 Filtration system: quickly filter out the mechanical impurities to get the high quality base oil, gasoline and diesel.

Base oil: 85%~88 %( index same as SN150~SN200)
Gasoline: about 3%
Diesel: about 3%-4%
