The company name, HOORED (pronounced as hō-red), isnt a word with a meaning of its own. It is coined from the thought of saying, Whew, Red which manifests an expression that signifies the meaning of the color RED in Chinese culture. The color RED implies progressing or going upwards, good luck, celebration, vitality, enthusiasm and vigor.
     
    After *3 good years in good business, Xiamen Hoored Co.,Ltd has grown to be an institution vast enough to hold a big detail of organizational chart, but not too big to be working apart and fragmented.

    We are able to meet our goals because we work as a big team, but holding onto only one goal. We may be a big group moving altogether, but always in the same direction.  The trait of being people-oriented can be found in the veins of Hoored. The people on top of the corporate ladder give much importance of hearing out what the rest of the team has to suggest or express.  Working within reasonable number of hours, all employees are permitted to speak and be heard.  We believe that each one can learn from everyone. With Hoored, it does not necessarily follow that the leader is the only one capable of teaching. Employees wisdom and suggestions are welcome so long as they are output-oriented.
