Our firm has begun its facilities of Two for One Yarn Twisting and Fancy Yarn production back in ***7 with an investment that is ambitious not only in its sector but also quality. Two-For-One Yarn Twisting: We have *2 units of ***7 model, ICBT DT **2 (Made in France) TWO-FOR-ONE twisting machines with a capacity of ***8 spindle that can twist every kind of continue yarn, flat or texturized. These machines work from *0 to ***0 deniers and can twist from *0 to ***0 tpm. Depending on the denier and tpm our plants approximate capacity of twisting is: **0.**0 kg. Two-For-One Yarn Twisting Directly from Bobin to Bobin and Doubling: We have *2 units of ***7 model, ICBT DT **0 (Made in France) TWO-FOR-ONE twisting machines with a capacity of ***0 spindle that can twist and double every kind of continue yarns, flat or texturized without winding to cops. In this part of the production devore and embrodery yarns are twisted and doubled. Depending on the denier and tpm our plants approximate capacity of twisting is: *0.**0 kg. Fancy Yarns: We have 3 units of ***7 model LEZZENI TF/TS (Made in Italy) Fancy Yarn machines with a capacity of **6 spindles that can make boucle, burl and flama using every kind of synthetic and natural yarns. Besides fancy yarn production we make guipure as well as synthetic sewing yarns. Depending on the denier and tpm our plants approximate capacity of twisting is: *0.**0 kg. Multi Layered and Twisted Polyester Carpet Yarn: Addition to the production of twisted yarns, we produce multi layered, twisted and steam setted polyester carpet yarns using dope dyed fdy yarns. Shaggy is a tasselled carpet type in which the dope dyed polyester yarn after twisting and steam setting is used together with polypropylene and bcf yarns. While polypropylene yarns offer bulky appearance, dope-dyed polyester yarns provide the shiny look and durability.
