Crude Oil Transport Trailers The Western DOT **7 crude oil transport trailer offers the most durable trailer in the oil patch. Our aluminum external ring DOT***7 transport trailer can handle anything the tough off-road environment can dish out. The Western crude oil transport trailer is a external ring, 4 baffle design for increased strength and minimum obstruction to limit corrosion. We also offer the stainless steel version for severe duty or acidic oil field situations. Chemical Transport Trailers DOT **7 and DOT **2 ASME stainless steel chemical transport trailers in both insulated and non-insulated versions are available in a wide range of capacities to suit your chemical transportation needs for acid, solvent, latex or general chemical applications. Oil Field Vacuum Transport Trailers With capacities from **0 to **0 barrels, Western vacuum transport trailers are built completely with 1/4 inch Head and shell material to with stand the rigors of oil field vacuum trailer applications. Standard vacuum transport trailers include (3) *0 inch hinged Man-ways with Neoprene gaskets and wing nut style latches located on top of the trailer and (1) Man-way located in the rear head for clean out. Included are full length troughs on both sides acting as fenders/skirts with drains at rear. Trough extension are installed at the front of the troughs to minimize rock chips and debris from contacting the front head. Trailers are provided with (2) 4 inch butterfly valve outlets at the rear and (1) 2 inch blow down line at rear. Our standard vacuum kits include (1) *2 inch O.D. Scrubber with 6 inch Stainless steel float ball, *0/*0 vacuum/pressure gauges at rear head; The Front man-way fitted with portal shut-off, and a 2 inch ASME Relief Valve set at *5 psig are standard on all our vacuum trailers. (1) 2 3/8 inch clear sight glass mounted on rear head with (2) 2 inch brass ball valves for sight glass isolation. Optional mechanical, float gauges are available for colder climates. All our vacuum transport trailers come standard with L.E.D. Lights and a heavy duty, hutch 4 leaf spring suspension. Upgrades to an air ride suspension, full length walkway, custom paint jobs and internal linings are also available.
