Company Unifood CZ and OOO Bakarat-Isfara are part of the holding
company AB-Market Trade. Bakarat-Isfara is a processor of
dried apricots in Tajikistan. The holding company
AB-Market Trade is the exclusive supplier of these dried
apricots to all East European markets and markets of
the former Russian Federation. Unifood CZ is the exclusive
trade agent for the EU, Asia, North and South America.
Barakat-Isfara was established with the active participation of
both of its holding partners. The processing plant, including
a warehouses and logistical base was built on a land area of 2, 4
Hectares. The processing line is equipped with advanced
equipment manufactured in Turkey, USA and Russia.
Our main production advantage is the ownership of surrounding
plantations and long-term cooperation with fruit farmers from
a wide surrounding. We are able to offer all varieties of
apricots from calibers #1 - #8 with 1st grade, BIO and
Industrial quality. We offer various chopped/cut pieces from
5mm**0mm. There are several significant differences between Tajik
and Turkish apricots. The color of our product ranges from
natural orange to dark orange, while Turkish apricots consist of
a lighter and paler yellow color. This color differentiation
is caused by a higher natural sugar content in Tajik apricots;
in addition the color of Tajik apricots is not artificially
modified. Tajikistan has a long tradition in cultivating
fruits. As a result, during cultivation supplementary chemicals
such as
Pesticides, Herbicides, etc. are restricted. In addition, all our
dried apricots are GMO free. To preserve our product we use
the common SO2 (E**0) accordance with client’s requirements with
levels between ********0 ppm, however, we are also able to
produce dried apricots without any SO2 (E**0) preservatives.
