Description

waste water after appropriate pretreatment goes into feed tank, then transports into first-class and second-class circulating tank by pump and sends to ceramic membrane modules by feed pump. The flow way of inner-out recycle is adopted to run ceramic membrane elements. The circulating flow rate is controlled by circulating pump and operation pressure is given thanks to feed pump. The concentration factor of all system is adjusted by the flow of feed pump. The retentate to be treated returns back to circulating tank, the permeate to be as domestic miscellaneous water is put to a given place. The concentrated of recycling tank can return back to feed tank until the solid content can reach to some degree. Waste oil is collected by oil expeller and residual sludge is discarded by mud expeller.
