ï&frac*4;�Eco-friendly Flame-retardant polyester yarn ã�� SOFRON®, developed by Shaoxing Global Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd, is an eco-friendly type flame-retardant polyester yarn. It is processed by adding phosphorus flame-retardant agent during the polyester is polymerized. Because the flame retardant constituent is equally connected to the macromolecular chain, fabrics made with this yarn has permanent flame-retardant performance. 1. Excellent flame-retardant result, the LOI of SOFRON® is more than *2%. When burning, fabric made with SOFRON® reduces its flammability and decreases the overspread speed of fire, without forming a big area of burning. After leaving from blaze, the fabric will self extinguish and block burning. ã�� 2. SOFRON® has excellent fabric performance. Traditional flame-retardant finishing makes the fabrics have a hard feel and bad wash resistance. While the flame retardant constituent of SOFRON® does not break off or separate out even under the dyeing condition of high temperature and high pressure. The hand touch and pattern of fabrics made with SOFRON® are same as those of normal polyester yarn- retaining the softness hand touch. 3. SOFRON® is also safe and reliable, it does not contain halogen element, but only contains carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and a few phosphorus element. Compared with traditional halogen flame retardant agent, it does not bring suffocation poisonous gas when burning.
