This machine is mainly to produce LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE film. All azotized gears insure longer service life. Higher frame is needed for the production of LLDPE film. The related frictional winding station and automatic roll exchanger are also available. Features: T-die employed a double-flow-saving design. It is easy to control thickness and adjustment. Heaters are made of cast aluminum to insure less trouble and the T-die has been updated to insure No.1 product quality. Top screw is with independent heating zones to insure tap curing and accurate heating and even extrusion quality. Employed a top temperature controls system for curing process control, film thickness and smoothness control. The thickness of film is controlled by the screw. Cooling roller is with a diameter of **0mm and double-loop cooling system. Computerized analogue temperature control system of the cooling roller is optional. The optional item is for the film more smooth and even in thickness.
