HP***8 PREPREG MACHINE is used to dip the fiber into resin. This pre-dipped resin material "prepreg" is used for laying-up composite products in the backend stage. The process is: first, guide the fiber to pass through the Tension Control System and Dipping Roller respectively, which completely immerses the fiber into the resin. Second, the fiber passes through serveral Drain Rollers to control the resin content(RC). Third, the fiber is wound onto the release paper covered drum. Finally, the wound sheet is cut through the Angle Groove and pulled out for drying as a prepreg sheet
