Description

E-glass spray up roving is a multi-end product and adopts a special sizing. These products are suitable for FRP spray up forming process. The typical products are boats, marine accessories, automotive accessories, bathtubs, bathroom appliances, storage tanks, etc. The roll should be pulled from the "inside" in most cases, but can be pulled from the "outside" when a hard core is used. Product Characteristics 1. Tex is stable with uniform strand splitting. 2. Medium stiffness, good choppability and good chopped strand dispersion. 3. Low Fuzz. 4. Good anti-static properties. 5. Quick resin wet out and easy air release . Packing Roll diameter is *6cm. Each roll weight is *7/*8 kg. Rolls are wrapped in plastic bags, and then packed in individual cardboard boxes or bulk packed. Each pallet of **0cmX**0 cm can pack either *8 or *4 rolls. The net weight of the **-roll pallet is **6 or **4 kgs , and the **-roll pallet is ***8 or ***2 kgs.
