1. DESCRIPTION The product is a brownish-red liquid, prepared from high boiling fraction synthetic phenylsulfonic acid. It provides the lubricant with good high-temperature detergency, acid neutralizing ability, and antirust performance. 2. APPLICATIONS The product is used primarily with high quality engine oils and marine oil, especially for engines, which use fuel with high sulfur content. Better compatibility could be obtained by adding in ashless dispersant, anti-oxidant and corrosion inhibitor. The dosage is from 0.5% to 3.0%. 3.
