Description

Fermentors are the bio-reactive equipment for microbe cultivation. In the fermentors, various microbes will grow, have metabolism, and generate fermentative products under proper environment. The fementors now have been extensively used in the industries of enzyme preparation, antibiotics, monosodium glutamate, citric acid, solvent, pharmacies, food, etc. Fementors fall into two categories: one is conical container for anaerobic fermentation (***** alcohol fermentation) and the other is pot container for aerobic fermentation (***** standard and air lift). Among all of these equipment, the standard pot container is the most prevalent. The fermentor series we have designed are the standard ones. During the design of fermentors of various specifications, we focus on the structure, durability and service life, smooth interior surface and no dead angle. Moreover, the vessels have enough heat exchange surface, which leads to high heat and mass transfer rates and ensures that the fermentation can be done under the most appropriate temperature.
