VACCINE REFRIGERATOR ICE–LINED REFRIGERATOR (ILR) Vaccine Safe ILR is designed for preservation of Vaccines and medicines whose temperature is to be maintained between 2 to 8 deg C. The ILR is made of Spray painted GI sheet outside, inside cabinet of Stainless steel to prevent any corrosion and for good hygiene. It is insulated with Polyurethane foam (PUF) for minimum heat loss. It is provided with a thermostat for maintaining the temperature between 2 to 8 deg C. In case of any power failure the machine can withhold the temperature for *4 hours provided the door of the machine is not opened. The ILR is provided with a digital temperature indicator to read the temperature inside the cabinet without opening the door. The ILR is also provided with a good drain system and the water drained automatically evaporates off.
