Description

Film cutting*-conveying*-crushing*-frictional washing**- hot boiling washing **- friction washing**-separate floating washing**-friction washing***-certrifugel water**-drying*- packing
1). fristly, cuting waste film into length of **0mm regularly,
2). the cutted film will be transported to the wet crusher by  belt conveyor and be crushed into size of *0mm
3). Crushed waste film will be transported to the high temperature turnover washing machine by the help of friction washing machine. Meantime, the friction washing machine will rubbering and washing the waste film on way of conveying.
4).In processof high temperature turnover washing, temperature of the water will be around *5 degree, chemical material will be added to and dissolve glue ,oil and so on. wash away the dust The roll driven by motor turn crushed film over again and again with results in the friction between flim and flim, flim and roll, film and wall of hot turnover washing, so that the PE film is washed cleanly.
5) the crushed flim from high temperature turnover washing machine will been transported into separating and floating machine forwashing away the deposit on film surface meantime,neutralize the detergent which product in hot washing process.
6). the film material from separating and floating washing machine will be transported into certrifugal machine with help of the friction washing machine
7).the certrifugle dewatering machine will dewater from waste film materail .the Water contain of the PE film material will be less than 4% after the centrifugal dewatering.
8). After eletrical pipeline dryer, water contain of the PET flakes will reach 1.5%, blow. And then packing .
