Salient Features - Regular / ADS / NT Web Based login for the system - Access the system from anywhere within the network with your NT / ADS / Login details. - Specific access rights to the users for different Cadre - Policies defined through a Global Parameter option available within the system. - Pre-registration process for the users who would like their visitors to see them through a pre-scheduled agenda meet. - On-site visitor registrations who would like to meet up with the concern employee on the same day and their meeting wasn’t pre-scheduled. - Badge Generation Options with Photo, Identity proof & Material details capture. - Tracking the Login and Logout time of the visitor (through inbuilt manual mode or customised auto mode embedded in your current Access Control infrastructure). - Tracking checked-In Visitors : Real Time monitoring of the visitors within the premises. - Tracking Visitors who have checked out : Real Time monitoring of the visitors who have left the premises. - A Security alert is sent to security officer on timely basis. - Integration of the system with the current infrastructure like Smart Cards, Proximity Access Cards, Bar Code Systems, Time & attendance Systems . - Integration for alerts with the eMail Server, SMS Server for Alerts can be customised within the system as a flexibility. - Various generic reports like Day Wise Visitors, End of Day Report & Valid /Invalid Visitor Report are present within the system. However, based on your inputs this can be further built as MIS data is available anytime.
