Product: S S Corrugated Hose Material: Stainless Steel (**4/**6/**1), Carbon Steel. Constriction: Corrugated Hose is manufactured from relatively thin wall butt-welded tube into which rounded corrugations are formed. The hose flexes through the movement of the metal corrugations. The corrugations can be formed either by mechanical forming or hydraulic forming. In mechanical forming, the corrugations are rolled into the wall of the tube whereas in hydraulic forming, the corrugations are gently mounded out from the wall through internal pressure using water as the forming medium. Use: *As suction and pressure hose for oils, steam, liquids, chemical and liquid gases etc. *In thermal power station, glass factories, chemical plants etc. *Absorbing vibration and stresses for noise reduction. *In the exhaust manifold on the cylinder block of a motor vehicle. *As a volume compensating element.
