The driving mechanisms of the power chuck, tailstock and transformer lifting driving mechanism of the quenching machine are in air-operated types; the loader and un-loader adopts a reciprocating type double-position trolley driven by a motor to synchronously drive; and the lifting force of parts is from an air cylinder. The machine head and the machine tail: are tightly clamped by the power chuck of a rotation air cylinder and driven by a servo motor to rotate; the tailstock position can be electrically adjusted to fit for the quenching of crankshafts with different lengths. The crankshaft moving system: the servo motor and a rolling ball screw are adopted to drive the crankshaft to transversely move; and the guide way adopts a rectangular linear guide way.
