MODISON Bi-Metal strips are available in widths upto **0 mm and in total thickness starting from 0.2mm onwards. Normally, contact material thickness is *5%, *0% or *0% of the total strip thickness. However, contact materials thickness ranging from 3% to *0% of the total strip thickness can be produced and supplied. Bi-metal can be of edgelay or throughlay type. Several strips of different widths are also possible. Micro Switches, MCBs etc. are products which employ these bi-metal strips extensively. While Bi-metal strips having thickness upto 1.2mm are supplied in coils the thicker ones are supplied as flats. Bi-metal contacts can also be press formed and supplied against specific requirements, of thicker cross-sections.
