LDC clinching machine has two stations: one is for long side, another one is for short side (end tabs). When you finished the long side clinching, then remove the radiator form the machine, and put on another station, push the footswitch to clinch the short side. The tooling consists of 4 or 5 pieces, so it is easy changed to meet different kinds of radiator. The LDC clinching machine has high productivity for mass production.
