Description

Laminated veneer lumber (LVL) is an engineered wood product that use multiple layers of thin wood assembled with adhesive. The layers are made of original wood (poplar). First step, rotary peeled and dried them; second step, arranged them as parallel (no cross); third step, with adhesives and hot pressing. The third step is the key one, as the LVL must be uniform and straight. The LVL have some advantages over solid wood. For example, big strength, high elastics, good stabilization, accurate size.
