Perfect Book Binder

Description

The binder can be used either as a stand-alone machine, or connected inline with Gathering machine. A pregathered book block is either fed directly by hand or collated signatures are fed by the gathering chain into the drive element. Features: 1 Vibration jogging signatures, frequency variation; 2 Touch screen, display the mal-function make easy to solve it, high-end PLC assure of automatic program control; 3 With digital display about the milling of book spine and notching, also the position of gluing mechanism, so it is easy to operate; 4 Moveable gluing spot can be maintained outside of the machine, and a timer on the control panel allows the heaters of the glue station to be preset to turn on according to daily and weekly schedules; 5 With constant force clamp, it adapts to different book blocks without any adjusting; 6 Synchronous belt ensures cover delivered stably and registered precisely; 7 The cam-rod mechanism ensures that book forming is synchronous with the clamps and meets the high quality demand; 8 The photocell monitors cover feeding and will stop the machine when a misfeed occurs.
