NE-V*5 is hydrosoluble pigment extracted also from blueberry (Vaccinium vitis-idaea
L.) belonging to heath family plant. Its components are mainly anthocyanin**-galectosidase,
cyaniding**-arabinose, peony**-galectosidase and peony**-arabinose.
