1. DESCRIPTION
This additive is yellow transparent liquid with high sulfur
content, made from sulphur and isobutylene. It provides the
lubricant with excellent extreme pressure ability, oil solubility
and little causticity to metal. It is well compatible with other
additives.
As extreme pressure and antiwear agent , sulfurized isobutylene is
a regular lubricant additive which can be used to blend lubricant,
such as engine oil, gear oil, grease, etc. together oil with base
oil and other industrial oil additive.
2. APPLICATIONS
It is used primarily for blending high quality gear oils, metal
working oil, drilling machine oils and lubricating grease, it is
the main additive for sulfur phosphorus type gear oils.
The dosage is 1.5% ~5.0%.
