Upset forging machine(GD-150)

Description

This upset forging machine(GD***0) works together with rebar threading machine(GZL**5) and couplers for the connection of rebar whose diameter is between *2mm and *0mm.

Working principle:
First, we use GD***0 to forging the end of rebar.
Second, we use the GZL**5 to threading the end of rebar.
Third, we use the coupler to link the two ends of rebar.

Advantages:
1, Adopts upset forging parallel thread connection technology;
2, Wide working range: Adaptable for *2mm**0mm same diameter, different diameter, bending, new and old, advance covered up rebar of GB ***9, BS ***9, ASTM A**5 or ASTM A**6 standard.
3, High strength: Stronger than the reinforcement bar and guarantees bar break under tensile stress(tensile strength of connection point =1.1 times of connected bar's specified tensile strength). It can satisfy the requirements stipulated in the Chinese standard JGJ*******3, JG*******5.
