Three.Define of enzyme activity
In the condition of *0 degrees,pH4.8,the amount of enzyme needed to hydrolyze the substance of cellulase in one hour to producing 1mg glucose.
Four.Using methods
1.Textile industry.Using this enzyme can improve the fabric quality.The recommended added amount is as follows:2.**5g per one kg of fabrics(the proportion of water and clothes is 5:1);***0g per one kg fabrics(the proportion of water and clothes is *0:1).
2.Feed industry.As the feed additive,it can improve the feed absorbtance,and raise animals’weight speedly and immunity.The recommended added amount is 0.**0.5 percent.
3.Alcohol industry.It can destroy plants’ cytoderm,and promote release of starch and degradation of cellulose to improve alcohol output.
