Description

ZJG***6 CNC ROTARY VENEER CLIPPER is the newest model which is developed by ZQM, it is suitable to process green veneer, and pair with the VENEER PEELING LATHE with high outlet speed. There are at least 2 knives which mounted on the shearing shaft. The shearing knives shear the veneer against the anvil roller which is coated by polyethylene, then divide the veneer into regular size. The anvil roller has the synchroiztion speed with the knives shaft, so can avoid the veneer blocking. The shearing activity is controled by the servo motor  and the machine uses photoelectric sensing device to scan the shearing length, so can ensure the shearing accuracy.
