properties, is widely used in packing, automobile components, and
building material field. Nylon resin is featured with
hygroscopicity, therefore, it usually takes 2 to 3 hours to carry
out the drying process before production. And for recycled Nylon
resin, it even takes 7 to 8 hours.
Nylon Desiccant Masterbatch NY**6 is
a new type of functional masterbatch specially developed for
eliminating the moisture in Nylon resin. With a small adding rate
into the Nylon resin before production, it saves the drying process
and carries out the production process directly. Nylon Desiccant
Masterbatch is a kind of environment-friendly plastic material and
can save production time, energy and cost.
Applications
NY**6 can be applied
in virgin and recycled Nylon resin.

Guidelines
1. Check
the condition of inner packing and forbid using if damaged;
2. Use
up within 8 hours after opening the inner packing;
3. Addition
rate: 3%*6%;
4. Simply
mix with plastic raw materials;
5. Forbid
heating with wet plastic materials.
Packing & Store
1. Handle
carefully to avoid packaging damaged;
2. Store
in ventilated, dry and cool place to keep out of sun exposure and
rain;
3. Recommended
storage life: up to 6 months provided it is stored as
directed.
